The Independent Distributor Consulting Association exists because self-employed distributors in the grain-based industry deserve access to the same quality benefits as employees at large companies. As an individual, comprehensive health coverage is expensive and hard to qualify for. As an IDCA member, you are part of a group — and that changes everything.
